- This is another highly technical chapter on zisha clay interaction with tea. These chapters are some of the most difficult pieces of research to date, and we appreciate your patience, support, and complaint-mail.
- Thank you to everyone who joined our first Open Tea House - we had a nice crowd of regulars and first time attendees. We will try the same format a few more times and may add the long-day Open Tea House as a separate event, alongside the current Talk, Taste, and Triage sessions. We're open to thoughts or feedback on format and scheduling.
