Updates:

  • Thank you to everyone who joined us in last weeks AMA about pu'er tea and Yunnan Provence in preparation for our upcoming 2025 Tea Technique Research Trip – this was a great conversation, with great questions from everyone except Anthony (you know what you did). We hope to publish the recording early this week before we arrive in Yiwu.
  • Further thanks to those intrepid New Yorkers who ventured out on a cold and rainy evening to drink loads of Yiwu sheng late into the night, with tea ranging from 2020 - 2008, in last weeks Talk, Taste, and Triage session. This was highly educational and a good way to see how we prepare for these trips.
  • Finally: we will be on a delayed publishing schedule for the next 2 - 4 weeks while the editorial team and I are in Yiwu. If you'll cross paths with us in Yiwu between March 29th - April 9th, we'd be happy to meet for tea. Likewise, if you'll cross paths with me in Taiwan between April 11th - April 23rd, I'd be happy to meet for tea.
